FAQ

The questions enterprises ask about agentic AI.

Official answers about Tezign, GEA, core technology, deployment, and governance.

Tezign is a leading enterprise agentic AI company. It offers Tezign GEA for enterprises and Atypica, MuseDAM, Clipo, and MuseAI for professionals and teams.
Tezign GEA is an Enterprise Agentic AI System. It connects the Context System, Creative Reasoning Model, Subjective World Model, Long-Horizon Agent Runtime, and enterprise agent foundations so agents can understand the enterprise, act continuously, and advance business outcomes within enterprise boundaries.
Chatbots primarily answer questions, while copilots primarily assist a person with the current task. Enterprise agents must also maintain goals and state, use enterprise tools, and continue work across processes—bringing people in when judgment or authorization is required. This does not mean operating without human control; consequential actions remain bounded by permissions, approvals, and accountability.
Traditional automation usually follows predefined rules and fixed paths. Tezign GEA is designed for work involving unstructured information and changing conditions, adapting its next action to enterprise context and intermediate outcomes. Stable, deterministic steps can continue to use existing workflows.
The Context System is core technology within Tezign GEA, not a parallel product. It connects enterprise content, data, rules, relationships, permissions, and decision trails into context agents can understand, use, and continuously update.
The Creative Reasoning Model addresses open-ended business problems by generating, evaluating, and dynamically converging across multiple paths. The Subjective World Model simulates how people perceive, think, feel, and decide, helping teams form hypotheses, surface differences, and validate them through real research.
The Long-Horizon Agent Runtime keeps goals and state continuous across interactions, workflows, and systems. It can sense signals, initiate or adapt work proactively, pause, resume, and retry, and ask people for judgment, authorization, or missing information when needed.
Within authorized boundaries, the system records the basis for actions, feedback, and business outcomes, then writes validated learning back into enterprise context. Future work can begin with more complete and current enterprise memory. This evolution depends on traceable feedback and validation, not unrestricted self-training.
Current focus areas include Consumer Insight, Product R&D, Marketing Growth, and Design Creative. Deployment usually begins with high-value work that has measurable outcomes and sufficient context, then expands into additional processes.
Tezign GEA embeds task-level evaluation, execution traces, identity and fine-grained permissions, approvals, human oversight, failure recovery, and auditability into runtime operation. Different levels of risk can carry different tool, approval, and stopping conditions.
The system can connect existing data, tools, and workflows through Agent Skills, APIs, MCP, and events, and can support public-cloud, private-cloud, or hybrid deployment according to business, security, and compliance requirements. The final architecture depends on the enterprise system and data boundary.
Tezign GEA is the Enterprise Agentic AI System for enterprises. Atypica, MuseDAM, Clipo, and MuseAI are standalone products for professionals and teams. They share Tezign’s technical foundations in models, content, and agent workflows while retaining their own interfaces and adoption paths.
